Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Tesla Broker ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Tesla Broker investment platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Eligibility
To use the Tesla Broker platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- Not be a resident of, or subject to the laws of, any country where such activity is prohibited
- Not be subject to any sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions imposed by any government authority
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements at our sole discretion.
Account Registration
To access our investment services, you must create an account on the Platform. You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
- Keep your login credentials (password) confidential and not share them with any third party
- Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at legal@teslabroker.com of any unauthorized access or security breach
We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity on your account.
Investment Services
Tesla Broker provides access to investment plans and portfolio management services. By investing through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All investment decisions are made at your own discretion and risk
- Minimum investment amounts and plan terms are as displayed on the Platform and may change
- Deposits must be made using approved payment methods as specified on the Platform
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any investment plan with reasonable notice
- Returns on investments are not guaranteed and past performance is not indicative of future results
Risk Disclosure
Investing involves significant risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your invested capital. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
You expressly acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with using our Platform:
- Market risk — the value of investments may go up or down due to market conditions
- Liquidity risk — you may not be able to withdraw your funds immediately in all circumstances
- Technology risk — our Platform may experience downtime, errors, or security breaches
- Regulatory risk — changes in laws or regulations may affect your investments or our ability to operate
- Counterparty risk — the performance of investments may be affected by third-party factors

Fees & Charges
Tesla Broker may charge fees in connection with certain services provided on the Platform. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed prior to confirmation of any transaction. You agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees associated with your account and transactions
- Acknowledge that fees may be deducted directly from your account balance
- Understand that fees are subject to change with prior notice through the Platform
- Accept that deposit and withdrawal processing fees may apply depending on the payment method
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated. We reserve the right to introduce new fees or modify existing fee structures at any time with reasonable notice.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with your account
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions or policies
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Tesla Broker or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal investment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express written consent
- Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Platform
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tesla Broker, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment value
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
- Damages resulting from interruptions or unavailability of the Platform
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship under these Terms at any time. Tesla Broker may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination of your account:
- Your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease
- Any pending transactions will be handled in accordance with our standard procedures
- We will process any remaining withdrawable balance in accordance with applicable law and our policies
- All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Tesla Broker is registered.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date
- Sending a notification to your registered email address
- Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
